1. No Return Policy
- We do not accept returns for delivered products unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
- Customers are requested to check all product details, descriptions, and images carefully before purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You must provide clear photos and/or an unboxing video as proof of damage.
- Once verified, we may arrange a replacement or refund (if replacement is not possible), subject to our terms and conditions.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if-
- The product was received in damaged condition and replacement is not possible.
- A wrong product was delivered, and the correct product is unavailable.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Cases
We cannot accept return/refund requests in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery.
