In that case your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with images/videos on info@elyseedecor.com . Our team will review and may accept a replacement request as per our terms and conditions.
Exchanges are only possible if the delivered item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Regular returns or change-of-mind exchanges are not accepted.
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible for a verified damaged product. In all other cases, refunds are not available.
